I Men’s Basketball Championship in Omaha. The announcement was made during the Selection Show broadcasted by CBS. The matchup is scheduled in the East Region bracket, with the game taking place at Omaha’s CHI Health Center. The tipoff is planned for 6:35 p.m. CT on Thursday.

The teams have a history, having met seven times before, with Iowa State leading 5-2. However, SDSU has claimed victory in their last two encounters.
