Notes: A 3-star guard hailing from Northern California, Jase is a highly-ranked prospect in the region. He’s rated at No. 132 by Rivals150, No. 155 by On3 Industry, and No. 169 by 247Sports Composite. Currently attending The Branson School, he plays under the guidance of coach Demetrius Roquemore. During his junior year, Jase showcased his skills by averaging an impressive 17.5 points, five assists, five rebounds, and two steals, earning him well-deserved first-team all-state honors. He was instrumental in leading Branson to a remarkable 28-4 record, clinching titles such as the North Coast Section Division III title and the Marin County Athletic League (MCAL) title, while also making it to the CIF NorCal Division II quarterfinals. His outstanding performance didn’t go unnoticed as he was named North Bay Player of the Year by the San Francisco Chronicle, Marin Independent Journal Player of the Year, and MCAL Player of the Year. Additionally, Jase earned a spot on the West Coast Preps All-Bay Area first team. He has honed his skills playing for the Jalen Green Elite AAU team, with coaching by Joey Fuca. Furthermore, his family has a sports legacy as his father, Jomar, was a former linebacker at San Diego State and was named the defensive team MVP in 2000.

Jase is the result of a great scouting and recruiting effort led by Chester Frazier. I had the opportunity to watch Jase in action, and I was immediately captivated by his playing style. He’s a physically imposing guard, an exceptional 50% three-point shooter, possesses elite passing skills, and boasts a high basketball IQ. When you combine his decision-making abilities with his sharpshooting, you have a formidable guard who can excel at both backcourt positions. We like to employ two or three guards who can all contribute in ball screens, and Jase is perfectly suited for that role.”
